Nikodem Iskra began his cooperation with the Company in 2007 as a lawyer and continued as legal counsel. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board. Since 1 January 2018, he has held the position of President of the Management Board responsible for matters of strategic management of the Murapol Group and overseeing its development. He also actively participates in the processes of land acquisition, obtaining building permits, designing, building and selling residential investments. He has extensive and diverse experience in legal consultancy, the day-to-day management of the Company's formal and legal affairs, and representing such before courts and public authorities.
Nikodem Iskra graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice with a magister degree in law (1997-2002). In the years 2005 to 2009, he completed his legal advisor training at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice, qualifying as a legal advisor in 2009.
Michał Feist - Vice President of the Management Board
Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the Silesian University in Katowice. In 2009 accomplished legal counsel internship in the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice and was awarded a title of a Legal Counsel. Michał Feist joined Murapol Group in 2010, first acted as an attorney, then as a legal counsel and finally as an independent proxy. In 2016 Mr. Feist was appointed for the position of a Deputy CEO of Murapol Real Estate S.A. Since 2017 has also been acting as a Deputy CEO of Murapol S.A. Since 2017 became a member of the Supervisory Board of Instal Lublin Sp. z o.o. From June to October 2017 was a member of the Supervisory Board of AWBUD S.A. He gained professional experience in Emalia S.A. where he performed as a manager of the administration & legal department in the period of 2003-2005 and in Ol-Nar sp. z o.o. acting as a member of the supervisory board in the period of 2004-2005. His professional career was also connected with Beskidzkie Fabryki Mebli Sp. z o.o. where he acted as a head of administration & legal department (2005-2010); since 2011 Mr. Feist has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Examobile S.A.
In 2010 Michał Feist started a business as a sole trader under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Michał Feist [Michał Feist’s Law Firm]. This business activity does not in any way compete with Murapol Real Estate S.A.

Przemysław Kromer began working with the Murapol Group in April 2020 as a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, responsible for financial matters. He has extensive and diverse experience in financial planning and management, organising budgeting processes, preparing financial documentation, and working with private equity funds.
Przemysław Kromer obtained his magister degree at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied finance and banking as well as management and marketing (1998-2003). In 2007, he became a full member of the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). In 2017, he completed a postgraduate programme for members of international boards of directors organised by INSEAD Executive Education.
dr Iwona Sroka - Vice President of the Management Board
Polish manager and economist, capital market and risk management expert.
Since January 2018, she has performed as a management board member of Murapol S.A. in charge of strategic communications and investor relations. In December 2017 she was nominated to the supervisory board of the Social Insurance Company (ZUS); since November 2017 she has sat on the supervisory board of Skarbiec TFI S.A. chairing the Committee on Strategy & Communications with Capital Market Institutions and the Remuneration Committee. Since 2015 she’s been a member of the Social Dialogue Committee and the Panel on Economic Policy and Labour Market, at the same time performing as a vice president of the Employers of Poland. Previously, a Member of the Trilateral Commission.
In the years 2009-2017 she held the position of the president of the National Depository of Securities (KDPW SA), from which, under European legal acts, KDPW_CCP clearing house was separated, in which she also acted as the president of the board. She was responsible for the implementation of a number of projects improving the quality and scope of post-transaction services, adjusting the Polish financial market to competitors and international standards, including requirements resulting from EU regulations.
In the said period she was also a member and chairman of the supervisory boards of: Warsaw Commodity Clearing House (IRGT) and a subsidiary of the WSE – InfoEngine.
In addition, as part of socio-political activities, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the European Central Securities Deposit Association (ECSDA), a member of the Payment System Council at the National Bank of Poland, and a member of the Council for Financial Market Development at the Minister of Finance.
In the years 2000-2009 associated with the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., successively as an adviser to the management board of the WSE, and then as a director of the Marketing Communications Office. In the 1990s, she cooperated with the Warsaw Consulting Group, the Institute of Internal Market and Consumption and the Warsaw Commodity Exchange.
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where she obtained a doctorate in economic sciences, and in the years 1994-2009 she was an academic lecturer. Currently, as an assistant professor at the Department of National Economy at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, she gives original lectures on the functioning of capital markets, risk management instruments, investor relations and ethics in business.
Robert Dobrowolski - Vice President of the Management Board
Manager with 20 years of experience in the financial and operational processes of business operations. In the current professional career, he has implemented projects for Polish and international market leaders from the following sectors: pharmacy, finance, telecommunications, media, FMCG, and production. Robert Dobrowolski’s vast experience includes successful completion of significant and complex transactions, such as M&A, delisting, IPO, as well as development and implementation of strategies and restructuring projects for enterprises. In 2017, he carried out consulting projects and cooperated with the largest NGOs in Poland. In 2015-2016 he cooperated with Farmacol S.A. as a board advisor, also acting as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of the group. In the years 2014-2015 he held the position of the Chief Financial Officer in Getin Holding S.A. and the president of the board of Getin International S.A. In 2007-2014 he cooperated with Emitel Sp. z o.o. where he served as controlling manager, deputy chief financial officer, chief financial officer and a board member in charge of transformation. In 2012-2013, he held the position of president and member of the management board in Info-TV-FM and RSTV. In the years 1997-2006 he performed specialist and managerial functions in the area of finances at Pol-Am-Pack SA, Grupa Onet.pl and Ahold Sp. z o.o. Robert Dobrowolski is a graduate of the Higher School of Management in Warsaw in the field of Strategic Management and MBA studies at the same university. He is also a member of ACCA. As a board member in charge of Finance in Murapol SA, he is responsible for finances and broadly understood administrative affairs of the Company.
Wiesław Cholewa - President of the Supervisory Board
Wiesław Cholewa has an M.Sc. degree in construction. Description of his professional career:

Mr. Wójcik has technical university degree. He graduated from Kielce University of Technology, the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Since 1994, he has had a license of securities broker. Mr. Wójcik is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He also has CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) qualification. Mr. Wójcik gained his professional experience among others at Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A and Bank Pekao S.A. as a securities broker, a senior customer advisor and a manager of customer service centre, as well as at Norma Polska Sp. z o.o. and Norma Group Distribution Polska Sp. z o.o. (Norma Group SE capital group) as a financial controller and a controlling expert.
Since March 2018, Mr. Wojciech Wójcik has been running a sole proprietorship under the name Wojciech Wójcik Doradztwo Gospodarcze. The conducted business activity is not competitive to the Company’s business operations.
Leszek Kołodziej - Member of the Supervisory Board
Leszek Kołodziej has an M.A. degree. He graduated from Business School in Leipzig (Germany), faculty of business management.

He has been involved in Murapol Group operations since 2013. In 2013-2014, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Murapol. Mr. Kołodziej graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow, from the Faculty of Law and Administration. During his professional career, he held the position of board member in Dipol Sp. z o.o. and member of supervisory board of Norma Variant S.A. Since 2015 he has been the member of supervisory board in Asetino Sp. z o.o., and since June 2017 also a member of supervisory board of AWBUD S.A. In January and then in June 2018, he became the President of the Management Board in selected special purpose vehicles of Murapol Capital Group.
Franciszek Kołodziej does not conduct any business activity that would be competitive to the operations of Murapol Real Estate S.A.
With the current composition of the Supervisory Board of Murapol Real Estate S.A. the criteria for the independence of members of the Supervisory Board laid down on the basis of the Annex II to the Commission Recommendation 2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board are met by Artur Olejnik and Wojciech Wójcik.
The Company has not developed and it is not implementing the policy of diversity regarding the company’s bodies and its key managers. Key HR decisions with reference to the Company’s bodies are taken by General Meeting of Shareholders and Supervisory Board, on the basis of qualification of candidates for specific functions and their professional experience. Information relating to the given persons forming the Company’s bodies is published in relevant current reports and at the Company’s website. Age or sex are not factors which would have impact on the decisions regarding employment with the Company. The Company employs key officers taking into consideration their knowledge and experience in the sector according to its needs, considering the requirements and specificity of the given position. This approach ensures relevant selection of the Company’s bodies and its key managers.
